Max Schneider is a twenty-three year old guy from Darmstadt who studied graphics at the art school, before he decided to make only music. He´s into drums and samples exclusively from his own percussion sets for his tunes.
Soul, Jazz Krautrock and Reggae are sources of his inspiration.
He really likes his analogue equipment and his collection of old soul and funk records. His complex 5/4 time tune for this release marks his start into the world of music and underlines that he wants to go further.

max.schneider gave me a copy of his first production one year ago. his track was in a way drum´n´bass without following the „rules“ of the genre, which made it highly interesting infracom decided to sign max for their label. "inercia" combines strings, bossa, drums & bass in very elegant and unique way.
